Exhibitions to be licensed

Official statutory text

No air meet, air race or aerial exhibition shall be conducted or operated in this state without a license first obtained from the commission. This section shall not apply to the aircraft of the armed forces of the United States or the civil aircraft of the United States or any state or territory thereof.
