Airport safety zones, delineation

4. After public hearing upon notice, including notice to each affected municipality, and pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations which delineate airport safety zones for all airports subject to this amendatory and supplementary act. The regulations shall describe the methodology used to make the delineation and may delineate subzones. L.1983,c.260,s.4; amended 1991,c.445,s.4.
