§ 19-1-1.3. State land trusts advisory board; organization; meetings

Official statutory text

At its initial meeting and biannually thereafter, the board shall elect a chairman, vice chairman and other officers as it deems necessary. The board shall meet at the call of the chairman or a majority of the members. All meetings of the state land trusts advisory board shall be in compliance with the Open Meetings Act.
