§ 27-1-4. Status of assistance payments
Official statutory text
Payments received by a displaced person under the Relocation Assistance Act 1 shall not be considered as income or resources to any recipient of public assistance, and such payments shall not be deducted from the amount of aid to which the recipient would otherwise be entitled under the laws of this state.
