§ 127-a. Surrender and cancellation of permits; payment of refunds;\nnotice to police officials. The procedure prescribed by the provisions\nof section one hundred twenty-seven of this chapter shall be applicable\nto permits issued pursuant to this chapter. Notwithstanding anything to\nthe contrary contained in this chapter, no refund shall be payable with\nrespect to any special permit issued pursuant to section ninety-nine-c.\n
