§ 10.03. Definitions. Except as otherwise provided herein and unless\nthe context shall otherwise require, as used in this article:\n 1. "Hudson river area" or "Hudson river valley" means the Hudson river\nand adjacent areas between the Adirondack Mountains and the tip of\nManhattan Island in the city of New York.\n 2. "Institute" means the Institute for the Hudson River Collection\ncreated by this article.\n 3. "State agency" means any state board, body, bureau, commission,\ncouncil, department, public authority, public corporation, division,\noffice or other governmental entity performing a governmental or\nproprietary function for the state.\n
