§ 250-h. Review. The determination of the commissioner in refusing to\ngrant, suspending or revoking a license, or in determining a claim filed\npursuant to this article shall be subject to review in the manner\nprovided by article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.\nThe determination of the commissioner shall be final, unless within\nthirty days from the date of service thereof on the applicant, licensee,\nclaimant, or any other person adversely affected, a proceeding is\ninstituted to review such determination.\n
