§ 74. List of registered floats to be prepared. The corporation shall\nmake a list of all floats to which New York state certificates of\nregistry have been issued. This list shall be corrected at least once in\neach calendar year and a copy of such corrected list shall be filed in\nthe office of each of the district engineers having supervision over\nportions of the canal system. The list shall be filed in the office of\nthe corporation and shall be available to public inspection within\nregular office hours.\n
