§ 2206. Appropriations for abolished courts carried over. All\nbudgetary appropriations made by the city of New York for the use and\nrequirements of the city or municipal courts of said city, for the\nfiscal year of the city of New York in which this act takes effect, and\nunexpended balances thereof for prior years, shall be, so far as needed,\nallotted and transferred to the use of this court.\n
