§ 110. Declaration of policy. It is the declared policy of this state\nto promote the effective production and merchandising of agricultural\ncommodities by providing the means by which farmers may act together in\nmanufacturing, processing, preparing for market, handling and/or\nmarketing their farm products and by enabling farmers to act together in\npurchasing, testing, grading, processing, distributing and/or furnishing\nfarm supplies and/or farm business services through cooperatives\noperated for the mutual benefit of the members thereof as producers and\npurchasers.\n
