§ 85. Applicability of the cooperative corporations law. Except where\nlimited or excluded in this article, all provisions of this chapter\nshall apply to worker cooperatives. The following sections of the\ncooperative corporations law shall not apply to worker cooperatives:\nparagraph (e) of section three, section eleven, section twelve, section\nfifteen, section sixteen, section seventeen, section eighteen, section\nforty-six, section seventy, section seventy-one, section seventy-two,\nsection seventy-four, section seventy-five, section seventy-six and\nsection seventy-seven.\n
