§ 928. Salary of district attorneys. Each of the district attorneys\nof the counties of New York, Bronx, Kings, Queens and Richmond shall\nreceive an annual salary of not less than the compensation received by a\njustice of the supreme court in the county in which he has been elected\nor is serving together with such additional allowances or compensation\nas shall hereafter be provided by state and/or local law.\n
