* § 404. Reporting. The commissioner shall prepare on a quarterly\nbasis a program report for posting on the department's website. The\nfirst report will be due June thirtieth, two thousand twelve, and every\nthree months thereafter. Such report shall include, but not be limited\nto, the following: number of applicants; number of participants\napproved; names of participants; total amount of projected benefits\ncertified by type of benefit; total number of projected new jobs to be\ncreated; number of projected net new jobs created per participant;\naggregate projected new investment in the state; projected new\ninvestment per participant; and such other information as the\ncommissioner determines.\n * NB Repealed December 31, 2026\n
