§ 8201. Amount of costs in an action. Costs awarded in an action shall\nbe in the amount of:\n 1. two hundred dollars for all proceedings before a note of issue is\nfiled; plus\n 2. two hundred dollars for all proceedings after a note of issue is\nfiled and before trial; plus\n 3. three hundred dollars for each trial, inquest or assessment of\ndamages.\n
