§ 2009. Additional requirements of notice where tax to be authorized\nto be levied in installments. Where any proposition is to be submitted\nto an annual or special district meeting or election authorizing a tax\nto be levied in installments as a condition precedent to the issuance of\nobligations of the district the notice of the meeting shall, in addition\nto complying with the requirements of this article, also comply with the\nrequirements of section four hundred sixteen of this chapter and\napplicable provisions of the local finance law.\n
