Appointment of members of governing board of interstate library district

§ 294. Appointment of members of governing board of interstate library\ndistrict. (a) The board of trustees of each public library which is a\nparty to an agreement establishing an interstate library district\npursuant to section two hundred ninety-three of this article, shall\nappoint a member or members to represent such library on the governing\nboard of such interstate library district. The number of such\nrepresentatives shall be determined by the agreement establishing such\ninterstate library district.\n (b) The governing board of such interstate library district shall be a\nbody corporate.\n (c) Such governing board shall administer such interstate library\ndistrict as provided in this act.\n
