§ 413. Use of school buildings for examinations. The use of a school\nbuilding shall be granted for any examination. No charge shall be made\ntherefor, provided always that due and proper care shall be maintained\nand the school building be left in such condition as found in relation\nto cleanliness and neatness.\n
