Certification of coal-tar colors for drugs and cosmetics

§ 6820. Certification of coal-tar colors for drugs and cosmetics. The\nboard shall promulgate regulations providing for the listing of coal-tar\ncolors which are harmless and suitable for use in drugs for purposes of\ncoloring only and for use in cosmetics and for the certification of\nbatches of such colors, with or without harmless diluents.\n
