§ 7323. State board for landscape architecture. A state board for\nlandscape architecture shall be appointed by the board of regents on\nrecommendation of the commissioner for the purpose of assisting the\nboard of regents and the department on matters of professional licensing\nand professional conduct in accordance with section sixty-five hundred\neight of this title. The board shall be composed of not less than seven\nlandscape architects licensed in this state. An executive secretary to\nthe board shall be appointed by the board of regents on recommendation\nof the commissioner.\n
