§ 8602. Practice of clinical laboratory technology, cytotechnology and\nhistotechnology and use of the titles "licensed clinical laboratory\ntechnologist", "licensed cytotechnologist" and "licensed\nhistotechnologist". No person shall practice as a clinical laboratory\ntechnologist, cytotechnologist or histotechnologist, or hold himself or\nherself out as a clinical laboratory technologist, or a\ncytotechnologist, or a histotechnologist in this state unless he or she\nis licensed or exempt pursuant to this article.\n
