Exclusion from mandatory retirement

§ 205. Exclusion from mandatory retirement. Notwithstanding any other\nprovision of law, an employee of the office or an employee of a local\npublic agency whose position is in whole or in part funded through the\noffice, or the federal older Americans act of 1965 as amended, shall not\nbe subject to any mandatory retirement provision based on the age of\nsuch employee.\n
