§ 15-1967. Changes in project.\n After such district is formed and the original federal project\nauthorized, major changes in such project, additional federal projects\nor changes in district boundaries necessitated by such federal projects\nmay be authorized or made by following the pertinent portions of the\nprocedure in sections 15-1963 and 15-1965.\n
