§ 17-1107. Other Environmental Conservation Laws to remain in effect.\n Nothing contained in titles 1 to 11, inclusive, and title 19 of this\narticle shall be construed as amending or repealing sections 11-0503 or\n13-0345 and any parts of said sections inconsistent with the provisions\nof titles 1 to 11, inclusive, and title 19 of this article or with any\nrule, regulation, order or determination authorized by titles 1 to 11,\ninclusive, and title 19 of this article shall be held to be effective.\n
