§ 19-0915. Emission offsets or credits.\n For the purposes of determining the attainment of, or compliance with,\nthe emission controls or reductions required by this article, or any\nrules or regulations promulgated thereunder, the department shall allow\noffsets of greater emissions of acid deposition precursors from a\nfacility or stationary source against lower emissions from the same or\nanother facility or stationary source within the state. Any such offsets\nor credits shall be adjusted to reflect the proximity of the subject\nfacility or stationary source to sensitive receptor areas.\n
