§ 21-0703. Commissioner and alternate.\n 1. As provided in the second subdivision of section two of article two\nof the compact, the Governor shall be this state's member on the\ncommission established thereby. The Governor shall appoint an officer of\nthe Department of Environmental Conservation as his alternate pursuant\nto the third subdivision of said section two of article two of the\ncompact.\n 2. Any person serving on the Delaware river basin commission pursuant\nto this section shall be reimbursed for all necessary expenses incurred\nas an incident of such service, and such reimbursement shall be from the\nfunds of said person's department or office.\n
