§ 21-1317. Budget.\n The Susquehanna river basin commission shall submit annually to the\nDirector of the Budget, in accordance with the rules and practices of\nthe state for study and consideration by such Director, an estimate of\nmonies required to administer, manage and support the commission during\nthe ensuing fiscal year. Such estimate shall include any request for\nappropriation of funds by New York and shall be accompanied by a\ntabulation of similar requests which the commission expects to make to\neach signatory and the formula or factors upon which such respective\nrequests are based. The provisions of section 14.3 of the compact apply\nto the budgetary and other fiscal matters related to the participation\nof this state in the compact.\n
