§ 27-0914. Unauthorized possession, disposal and dealing in hazardous\n wastes.\n 1. No person shall possess hazardous wastes without authorization.\n 2. No person shall dispose of hazardous wastes without authorization.\n 3. No person shall deal in hazardous wastes without authorization.\n
