§ 27-2217. Annual report.\n No later than January first, two thousand twenty-three, and on an\nannual basis thereafter, the department shall submit an annual report to\nthe governor and legislature describing the operation of the food\ndonation and food scraps recycling program including amount of edible\nfood donated, amount of food scraps recycled, sample educational\nmaterials, and number of waivers provided.\n
