* § 3-0311. Municipal notification of environmental violations.\n Notwithstanding any other provision of law and except when any\ncriminal investigation is pending, the commissioner shall notify the\nchief executive officer of the municipality together with the chief\nexecutive officer of the county where any violations of article 17, 19,\n24, 25 or 27 of this chapter are found to exist within the boundaries of\nsuch municipalities including, but not limited to, any municipal\nlandfill or municipal solid waste disposal or recovery facility within\nseventy-two hours of determining that sufficient evidence exists to\ncommence an enforcement action.\n * NB There are 2 § 3-0311's\n
