§ 71-1115. Enforcement of section 15-1525.\n Any person violating the provisions of section 15-1525 shall be guilty\nof a violation punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand\ndollars, and in addition thereto, shall be liable for a civil penalty of\nnot more than fifteen hundred dollars.\n
