§ 71-1927. Enforcement of titles 1 through 11 inclusive and title 19 of\n article 17.\n The commissioner is hereby authorized to:\n 1. Institute or cause to be instituted in a court of competent\njurisdiction proceedings to compel compliance with the provisions of\ntitles 1 through 11 inclusive and title 19 of article 17 or the\ndeterminations and orders of the commissioner.\n 2. Settle or compromise, with the approval of the Attorney General,\nany action or cause of action for the recovery of a penalty under titles\n1 through 11 inclusive and title 19 of article 17 as he may deem\nadvantageous to the state.\n
