§ 9-0701. Purpose of program.\n In order that the practice of forestry may be encouraged, the damage\ncaused by unplanned cutting may be avoided and the industries of the\nstate dependent upon forest products may be stabilized as far as\npossible, the cooperative program provided in this title 7 is hereby\nauthorized.\n
