§ 9-0811. Cooperation with federal agencies.\n To assure the availability and compatibility of planning data and\nfederal assistance, the department shall cooperate with the United\nStates department of agriculture, forest service, as provided for by the\nForest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974 (16 USC\n1601 et seq.) and the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (16\nUSC 2101 et seq.). The department shall cooperate with any other federal\nagency that may be involved with planning for forest resources.\n
