* § 3-6.3 Law applicable to electronic will; principles of equity\n An electronic will is a will for all purposes of the law of this\nstate. The law of this state applicable to wills and principles of\nequity apply to an electronic will, except as modified by this act.\n * NB Effective December 12, 2027\n
