§ 110. Administration of certain monies. The secretary or their\ndesignee shall administer monies collected pursuant to section 2-202 of\nthe village law and appropriations available for the operations of the\nvillage incorporation commission established pursuant to section 2-260\nof the village law to ensure that the commission can perform its\nstatutory functions; and provided further, that the secretary or their\ndesignee shall distribute funds as required pursuant to section 2-236 of\nthe village law and any relevant appropriations bill.\n
