§ 159-n. Report of the secretary. The secretary of state shall report\nto the governor and the legislature by March fifteenth of each year on\nthe administration of the community services block grant program. The\nreport shall include, but not be limited to, the results of the\nmonitoring and evaluation of recipients of funds under the program and\nany recommendation for changes which the secretary of state deems\nnecessary for the effective administration of the program.\n
