§ 516. Care of infants by division for youth. The division for youth\nis authorized to provide residential care in division facilities subject\nto the regulations of the division, for infants born to or being nursed\nby female residents placed with the division. Residential care for such\nan infant may be provided for such period of time as is deemed desirable\nfor the welfare of the mother or infant.\n
