§ 1063. Service of motion; answer. A copy of a motion under section\none thousand sixty-two of this part shall promptly be served by regular\nmail upon the duly authorized agency or the institution having custody\nof the child and upon the child's attorney, each of whose duty it is to\nfile an answer to the motion within five days of the receipt of the\nmotion.\n
