§ 580-703. Relationship of office of temporary and disability\nassistance to United States central authority. The office of temporary\nand disability assistance is recognized as the agency designated by the\nUnited States central authority to perform specific functions under the\nConvention; provided, however, that a social services district of this\nstate may perform any function authorized under state law.\n
