§ 205-a. Report. The governor shall by June thirtieth, two thousand\neleven, create a working group to examine ways to improve the efficiency\nand effectiveness of banking regulation and insurance regulation,\nincluding opportunities to integrate certain regulatory activities\nprescribed by the banking law and the insurance law. Such working group\nshall consult, in making its examination, with representatives of the\nbanking, insurance and financial services industries. On or before\nJanuary first, two thousand twelve, the superintendent shall issue a\nreport on the results of this review to the governor, the speaker of the\nassembly and the temporary president of the senate.\n
