§ 124. Sale of tickets not filled out, a misdemeanor. A person who\nissues, sells or delivers to another, any ticket, instrument,\ncertificate, order or receipt, which is not made or filled out as\nprescribed in the last section, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
