Scope

* § 1543. Scope. 1. This article shall apply to conduct that occurs in\nwhole or in part in New York.\n 2. Nothing in this article shall be construed to impose liability for\ncommercial activities or actions by operators subject to 15 U.S.C. §\n6501 that is inconsistent with the treatment of such activities or\nactions under 15 U.S.C. § 6502.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2027\n
