§ 694. Administration. 1. The department shall charge and collect the\nfees fixed by this section.\n (a) The fee for filing an application for registration of an offering\nprospectus under subdivision two of section six hundred eighty-three of\nthis article is seven hundred fifty dollars.\n (b) The fee for filing an amendment to any registered offering\nprospectus filed under subdivision two, nine or thirteen of section six\nhundred eighty-three of this article is one hundred fifty dollars.\n (c) The fee for filing a franchise agent's application under\nsubdivision thirteen of section six hundred eighty-three of this article\nis one hundred fifty dollars.\n 2. The department may from time to time make, amend, and rescind such\nrules, forms and regulations as are necessary to carry out the\nprovisions of this article, including rules and forms governing\napplications and reports, and defining any terms, whether or not used in\nthis article, insofar as the definitions are not inconsistent with the\nprovisions of this article.\n
