Plan for arson investigation

§ 204-c. Plan for arson investigation. The governing body of each\ncounty except a county contained wholly within a city, and the governing\nbody of any city in which a county is wholly contained shall develop a\nplan for arson investigation within such county or city. Such plan shall\nbe submitted to the office of fire prevention and control for approval.\nNo plan shall be approved unless it provides for the coordination of\nfire, law enforcement and prosecutorial services.\n
