§ 522. Pending actions or proceedings. This act or anything contained\ntherein shall not affect or abate any acts, actions, proceedings, civil\nor criminal, pending at the time this act shall take effect brought by,\nfor or against, the state, the division of housing or any municipality\nor in pursuance of the provisions of the laws repealed by this act, but\nall such acts, actions or proceedings may be continued, prosecuted,\nconducted and completed as if such laws were not repealed but continued\nto be fully effective.\n
