Municipal theme district development plan

Official statutory text

§ 990-e. Municipal theme district development plan. An application for\nthe designation of a municipal theme district made pursuant to section\nnine hundred ninety-d of this article shall contain a municipal theme\ndistrict development plan. Such municipal theme district development\nplan shall describe in detail the plans for development of the theme\ndistrict, including the changes in buildings, structures and\ninfrastructure within the district, the activities to be conducted\nwithin the district, and the proposed benefits that the district will\nhave for the community.\n
