§ 110. Definitions. As used in this article:\n 1. The term "state moneys" shall include moneys paid by the state to\nthe county pursuant to section one hundred twelve and one hundred\ntwelve-a of this chapter and any other moneys appropriated by law for\nthe purposes specified in section one hundred fourteen of this chapter;\n 2. The term "county superintendent of highways" shall include county\nengineer or other officer performing similar duties to county\nsuperintendent in counties having no superintendent of highways.\n
