§ 342-ccc. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Paul Cerjan Memorial Highway". All that portion of the state highway\nsystem constituting New York route 781/future interstate route 781 from\nits beginning at interstate route 81 in the town of Pamelia, Jefferson\ncounty, to its eastern terminus in the town of Le Ray, Jefferson county,\nalso referred to as the Fort Drum connector, shall be designated and\nknown as the "Paul Cerjan Memorial Highway".\n
