§ 342-qq. Portion of state highway system to be designated and known\nas the "Father Joseph Champlin Memorial Highway". All that portion of\nstate highway system constituting state route one hundred seventy-four\nfrom the southern town limit of Camillus continuing through the town of\nCamillus to its junction at state route five Camillus in Onondaga county\nshall be designated and known as the Father Joseph Champlin Memorial\nHighway.\n
