Acceptance of state highways when completed

§ 44. Acceptance of state highways when completed. Upon the completion\nof a state highway, or section thereof, constructed or improved under a\ncontract let as provided in this article, the commissioner of\ntransportation shall cause the same to be inspected and if he approve,\naccept the work.\n
